- Whilst we endeavour to deliver all orders as quickly as possible please allow up to five days for delivery in the UK, Ireland and Europe. This is to allow for stock movements, processing and postage as well as seasonal demands. For countries outside Europe please allow up to a further five days.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We do not, and will not, divulge any information about our customers to any other party. Any information we hold is by agreement with you, our customer, and purely for the purpose of providing you with a personalised service. If you do not wish us to retain any information we will discard that which we hold.
- Returns & Replacements
- In the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are received impaired or damaged we will happily refund the cost to you, or replace them, on their return. In other circumstances where the goods have not been damaged in transit, please contact us for further advice. All postage costs will be borne by the customer.
- Ordering
- When ordering items please ensure they are the items, quantity and costs you wish. Every effort is made to describe them accurately and to provide a window to view them for style, colour and size. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing is as shown and inclusive of vat but not excise duty where applicable. There is a flat rate of €10.00 postage on all orders outside the UK and Republic of Ireland . Payment is available by Paypal and credit cards and security is provided by AlphaSSL. From time to time there will be promotional offers and all account holders will be notified in the first instance
